FORK Cares program provides nutritional support to school aged children at times of the year when school delivered nutrition is not available: Winter, Spring, and Summer vacations. The program provides families an opportunity to enhance children’s “at home” nutrition by upgrading their meals with fresh, canned, or frozen fruit, vegetable, meat and dairy items. Thereby filling the nutritional gap for kids who count on school lunches as a primary source of food.

Families whose children qualify for FREE school lunch and breakfast qualify for FORK Cares support.
