FORK/Wildwood Outdoor Adventures & Campground

The first Feed Our Rural Kids (FORK) on the River Charity Paddle is set to debut this weekend on Saturday, June 7, at Wildwood Outdoor Adventures and Campground in Eagle River.

This fundraising event will consist of a two-hour recreational paddle on the Wisconsin River from the drop-off point at the Highway G boat landing to the docks at Wildwood Campground on Mud Creek. The paddle will start at 9:30 a.m., with launch times happening every 30 minutes.

Registration is limited to the first 210 paddlers. Individuals can bring their own boat or rent a canoe, kayak, or standup paddleboard (SUP) from Wildwood.

The event cost for a participant bringing their own boat is $45. To pre-register, visit FeedOurRuralKids.org/Charity-Paddle.

Discounted boat rentals will be available, and there will be a post-paddle party at Wildwood Campground.

The event will also include free food and drink, with an event logo dry bag for paddlers, and will feature music by Bret and Frisk.
