Turkey Basics

I don’t know about you, but I look forward to having turkey around Thanksgiving, if not at other times of the year. I tend to use up as much of the turkey as possible, which includes taking the turkey carcass after carving, placing it in a large stock pot, covering it with water, and simmering it for 4 to 5 hours to create a nutritious broth that I can save for making soup, among other things. There are always leftovers, so here are some creative ways to use up your turkey.
